Normal processing for an estoppel is 10 business days @299.00.
Rush Estoppels are processed within 3 business days with an added fee of $119.00.
Rush Estoppel requestors must fill in that line with a YES, see below.
Additional estoppel charge up to $179.00 for delinquent accounts.
All fees are paid at closing.
Once request is received, we will advise if there is a Master/Sub Association or not with contact information. We will also advise if the home is in collections, has violations, or association pending legal actions.
If you have a form that must be completed or other items you need to email to us for processing, email them to [email protected], reference estoppel and street number and street name of the home being sold.
